Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Global Mobility Manager Position type: Contract Duration: 4 months contract w/ potential extensions Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid) As an Global Mobility Manager you will: The ideal candidate is passionate about providing employees with an exceptional experience as they relocate across various countries. If you have knowledge of global immigration requirements, global tax matters, and relocation practices and have the passion and empathy to consult with employees as they relocate you may be the right person for the role. Responsibilities: Work directly with external vendors (Immigration, Tax and Relocation) to facilitate exceptional service delivery Act as SME consulting with stakeholders in HR and Talent Acquisition teams to support our growing population of relocating Workmates Provide regular relocation/immigration status updates to internal stakeholders where required Evaluate candidate immigration status to validate right to work strategy Qualifications: 3 years overseeing corporate global immigration and relocation programs in EMEA 3+ years of experience managing resolution of complex global tax issues within a high growth global company. GMS Certification a bonus Proactive planning, executing, and multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to quickly re-prioritize with agility in a fast-paced environment. PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
