Position Title: 2nd Shift Welding Supervisor

A 2nd Shift Welding Supervisor job in Liberty, MO is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fabrication Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our production processes. As a Fabrication Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

2nd Shift Welding Supervisor job responsibilities include:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress and providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that production schedules are met and that production targets are achieved within established timelines and quality standards
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, quality control, and production efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and identify any maintenance or repair needs

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a fabrication environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve common goals
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools, with a focus on lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- At least 5 years of experience in both press operation and laser operation
