Job Title : Business Analyst (Non-IT) 3

Location: Peoria, IL 61629 Onsite

Duration: 24+ Months

Typical task breakdown:
- Commercial process involves seeking data from multiple sources and systems, investigating information gaps, developing a bundled pricing structure, and communicating accurate information back to the commercial team.
- Track and manage multiple commercial pricing requests
- Maintain accurate status updates in Client

Interaction with team:
- Primary interaction is with internal employees but some activities may require communicating with Dealer employees.
- Primary methods of communication will be Emails and Microsoft Teams video or voice meetings

Work environment:
- Office setting

Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelors Degree with 5+ years of experience
- Masters with 2+ years of experience
- Associates with 8+ years of experience
- Actual experience (not including internship tenure)

Technical Skills
(Required)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - primarily Excel

(Desired)
- Experience with commercial pricing of heavy equipment, automotive, industrial equipment, etc
- Prior experience in a commercial support role

Soft Skills
(Required)
- Self-motivated - process outputs of role are a mixture tasks that need to be provided to business partners
- Time Management and highly organized to manage pricing projects simultaneously
- Accuracy and attention to detail due to role being responsible for determining customer-facing pricing
- Willingness to collaborate with coworkers on tasks outside of normal scope eTeam, Inc.
