Your Role and Responsibilities - Conducting thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and crafting personalized care plans
- Diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic illnesses alongside physicians or independently as credentialed

Education and Certification Requirements - Degree of Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Necessary Certifications - Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty certification
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or ability to obtain within 90 days
