What You'll Do:

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks, from basic fixes to more complex projects.
• Install new equipment and appliances, ensuring everything is up to code and functioning perfectly.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Keep detailed logs of your work and communicate effectively with our team and clients.
• Be available for on-call emergency responses as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrical work (at least 2 years required).
• The ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
• A high school diploma or GED is required; a certification in building maintenance is a plus!
