We’re building a pastry program from the ground up, and we’re looking for someone eager to grow with it.

Our café is a neighborhood staple in Bucktown —small but bustling, known for specialty coffee , a delicious (and viral) breakfast sandwich , and a warm, welcoming vibe. We’re now restructuring our pastry program with the goal of making it shine just as brightly as everything else we do. 

Our new pastry chef brings years of global experience and a deep passion for mentorship, technique, and creativity. This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from an experienced chef in a collaborative environment where ideas are welcome, standards are high, and growth is part of the job. 

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about pastry 

• Has 2+ Years of pastry kitchen experience

• Works clean, fast, and with a strong attention to detail

• Would like to play an important role in the restructure of our pastry program - we're shooting for the stars!

What you'll do:

• Assist in production of a seasonal, evolving pastry menu 

• Learn and develop foundational and advanced techniques in a hands-on setting 

• Support daily service and prep in a high-quality, low-ego kitchen 

• Contribute to a growing program with creativity and care
