The Role

As a full-time Assistant Store Manager at West Lakes David Jones Concession , you'll support the Store Manager to take the store to the next level by driving sales, coaching your team and creating a standout store experience. You'll be hands-on, people-focused, and commercially sharp.

What you'll do:

• Create memorable customer moments every day
• Lead, develop, and inspire your team to hit sales and service targets
• Maintain high standards across store presentation, VM, and stock flow
• Build a team culture grounded in trust, energy, and retail pride

What you'll bring:

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• A passion for team development and coaching
• Strong operational skills and attention to detail
• A natural ability to connect, motivate, and drive performance
