Position Summary:

Persistent Technology Inc (PTI) is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Business/Systems Analyst to support the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow applications across the enterprise. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in information technology , Health Informatics, or a related field, and brings 3-5 years of experience analyzing, documenting, and improving business workflows for ServiceNow projects.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine Studio, as well as hands-on experience working with Forms, Tables, and Flow Designer. The analyst will serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring system solutions align with business goals and user needs.

• Gather and analyze business requirements for new or enhanced ServiceNow applications.

• Document current-state and future-state workflows, use cases, and process diagrams to support system design and implementation.

• Translate business needs into technical requirements for configuration in App Engine Studio, including Forms, Tables, and Flow Designer.

• Collaborate with developers and administrators to validate feasibility and align solution design with platform best practices.

• Create and maintain functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and test scripts.

• Ensure documentation aligns with organizational standards and supports system change management processes.

• Work with business units, project managers, and ServiceNow architects to refine requirements and prioritize development tasks.

• Facilitate requirements review sessions, workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Assist in designing and executing test plans to ensure ServiceNow features meet business and functional requirements.

• Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination during testing phases.

• Bachelors in IT, Health Informatics, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience analyzing and documenting workflows for ServiceNow implementations.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow App, Engine Studio, Forms, Tables, and Flow Designer.

• Excellent writing and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to clearly synthesize technical and business information.
