Business Development & Sales Operations Analyst Internship

About the Role:

Gasser Chair is offering an exciting internship opportunity in our Business Development and Sales Operations team. As an intern, you'll help gather and review sales data, create reports, and support our sales team with useful insights. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and learning how sales strategies are built in a real-world business.

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while being part of a team. You'll gain valuable experience in sales operations, data analysis, and business strategy-all in a supportive and engaging work environment.

What You'll Do

· Assist in organizing, analyzing, and maintaining sales data

· Prepare reports and visual presentations to support the sales team

· Help track customer activity and performance metrics

· Identify trends and provide insights that support business decisions

· Contribute to data integrity efforts through regular audits and updates

· Support various projects focused on improving sales operations and processes

What We're Looking For:

· Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field

· GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other Office tools (Word, PowerPoint)

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

· Comfortable communicating with both peers and leadership

· Interest in business development, sales strategy, or data analysis
