Job Description

Seeking a registered nurse with at least 1 year of experience to provide safe, effective care in a 12-hour shift setting.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, lead rounds, and participate in quality improvement efforts.
  
  
• Develop clinical skills, assume bedside leadership roles, and seek mentoring.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, demonstrating compassion and professionalism.
  
  
• Prioritize patient care, utilize evidence-based practice, and support shared governance.
  
  
• Qualifications include an RN license in Georgia, ADN or Diploma, with a BSN preferred.
  
  
• Must demonstrate critical thinking, cultural competence, and commitment to continuous learning.
  
  
• Physical demands include lifting up to 100 lbs and frequent standing, walking, and bending.
