Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Lehigh Valley, PA

We are seeking an experienced CFO to lead financial strategy, planning and operations for a privately held company. This role partners closely with the executive team and ownership to guide accounting, budgeting, risk management, audits, and compliance, while providing insight to drive long-term growth and profitability. The CFO oversees all financial operations and collaborates with leadership across departments to support strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial leadership across all company operations
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and audit activities
• Track and analyze cash flow, financial performance, and key business metrics
• Develop annual operating budgets and long-term financial plans in partnership with senior management
• Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and updates to leadership and the Board
• Manage corporate banking relationships, credit facilities, and debt compliance
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and regulatory standards while optimizing financial controls
• Collaborate with operations and IT to align financial systems and business goals
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team to ensure high performance and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• CPA or CPA track strongly preferred with experience in manufacturing industry a MUST
• 15+ years of progressive experience in senior financial or accounting leadership roles
• Proven success in strategic financial planning, audit oversight, and risk management
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with manufacturing and direct-to-consumer ERP systems
