Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a C ontract Analyst for our oil and gas client located in San Antonio, TX . This is a 6+month contract role with potential for extension or full-time hire in 2026. 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.

Rate: $35-$39/hr. on W2 The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and manage sales and marketing contracts for petroleum-related products
• Analyze terms, redlines, and pricing using a contract management system
• Work closely with internal legal and trading teams
• Maintain accurate contract records and monitor obligations
• Draft and revise agreements with a focus on compliance and business outcomes

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in contract analysis, procurement, or legal admin
• Background in oil & gas, industrial, or manufacturing sectors preferred
• Strong understanding of sales contracts, pricing terms, and customer agreements
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems (CLM tools)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and confident communicating with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree required (Legal, Business, or Accounting preferred)
• Right Angle experience is a bonus
