Dental Insurance Coordinator Monticciolo Family and Sedation Dentistry is seeking an experienced Insurance Coordinator to join our Support Center in Seminole, FL . Pay Range Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. What You’ll Do Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits before patient appointments Process and submit insurance claims and pre‑authorizations accurately and efficiently Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve issues promptly Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and office teams regarding coverage and payment details Stay current on insurance guidelines, CDT codes, and dental billing best practices Support multiple dental offices to ensure smooth and timely claims processing What We’re Looking For 2+ years of dental insurance or billing experience required Knowledge of dental terminology and CDT codes Experience using Dentrix or similar dental software Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Great communicator with a customer service mindset Able to work independently and in a team environment What We Offer
