We are hiring for 2 specifics schedules:
Monday - Friday 12pm-8pm CST
Friday - Tuesday 9am-6pm CST

Our Ideal Candidate: Service Titan Experience is a must!
Experience in the Home Service industry is highly preferred.

Job Duties: Organize & coordinate daily schedules based on call priority & technician ability
Dispatch & debrief our technicians
Monitor performance of service techs
Communicate with customers in a timely & effective manner
Understand sales goals & hold team accountable
What you need: HS Diploma or GED
1+ year of dispatch experience, preferably dispatching technicians
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Service Titan experience preferred
High ability to multi-task and switch tasks quickly
Excellent organizational skills
