The role involves collaborating with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to assess needs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows. It requires independent decision-making, prioritization, and meeting deadlines consistently. Qualifications Education, Experience, Training Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience with Epic and/or Meditech EHR systems. Proven track record of EHR implementation and optimization. Experience with healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and administrative processes. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clinical and IT staff. Experience in system configuration, data integration, and reporting. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Understanding hospital operations and use of IT in healthcare. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred qualifications: Proficiency in at least one Epic module (e.g., ClinDoc, Ambulatory, Orders). Proficiency in Meditech.
