Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Serve and develop relationships with our current client base
Attract and integrate new clients into our portfolio
Supervise and assess team activities and productivity
Provide training and support for new team members
Log daily activities and outcomes through our Salesforce CRM
Maintain a daily focus on growth in client management and leadership potential development

Skills and Qualifications

Outstanding organizational skills paired with attention to detail
Proficient in time management with a record of fulfilling deadlines
Strong leadership qualities and supervision experience
Excellent communication abilities
Strong prioritization skills with a penchant for delegation
