This position is 100% onsite Determination for the Epic Application Analyst (I, II, or III), Cadence & Prelude roles will be based on experience and qualifications. Failure to obtain certification within this timeframe may result in removal from the position; however, the employee will be eligible to apply for other internal openings for which they meet the minimum qualifications. External applicants must possess active Epic certification in the required application/module at the time of hire. Proof of current certification will be required. This position will focus primarily on the following Epic applications: Cadence Registration and Prelude Enterprise Scheduling. The Epic Application Analyst, Cadence & Prelude, is the primary support contact for these applications and will guide workflow design, build, test the system, and analyze technical issues related to Epic and connected software. Required Skills Understanding of operational practices of scheduling and payer authorization, including nuances of provider schedules and how they relate to medical record flow for appointments. Knowledge of areas that integrate with Cadence, including check-in, registration, benefits, referrals, PCP assignment, and orders.
