\n What’s a typical day as an Executive Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
\n- Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding corporate and personal information while partnering with the executive to ensure efficient and effective time management.
\n- Serving as the executive’s liaison to various internal and external parties, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with creating presentations.
\n- Managing calendars for the Executive Director and their direct reports, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring the executives’ preparedness for engagements.
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n- Hold an Associate’s degree (or equivalent) and have 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior leaders.
\n- Possess excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to anticipating needs.
\n- Have strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, along with the ability to maintain professionalism while handling confidential information.
