Job Description

• The Executive Assistant at Khoury College of Computer Sciences provides high-level administrative support to one or more senior leaders, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on confidential and time-sensitive matters. This role involves complex calendar management, coordinating travel, preparing agendas and communications, supporting special projects, and producing high-quality documents and reports. The Executive Assistant exercises sound judgment, anticipates needs, and ensures the executive(s) are well-prepared and operating efficiently. Strong discretion, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this role.

• Work Schedule: 40 hours/week ?
• Location: Hybrid, at least 3 days on campus, more on as a as needed base. Will be requested to be onsite when the Dean is onsite.
• Duration: 6 months - Is there potential for extension or conversion? Temp to perm for the right person
• Background check requirements: base package
• Interviews: 2 rounds

• Experience supporting Dean
• Extremely professional but casual, sense of humor
• Experience working with senior level leaders
• Excellent written and verbal communication
