Wolfgang Puck Catering is seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations at The Fillmore Philadelphia and Tower Theater . If you’re an upbeat, entrepreneurial culinary leader with a passion for unforgettable dining experiences, this is your stage.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all kitchen operations for live entertainment, VIP catering, private events, and high-profile experiences.
• Craft and implement innovative, seasonal menus that reflect Wolfgang Puck’s world-renowned standards for creativity and excellence.
• Train and encourage a versatile culinary team in food preparation, presentation, safety, and sanitation standard processes.
• Maintain a spotless, organized kitchen environment, overseeing cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Manage inventory and food costs, maximizing quality and minimizing waste.
• Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Champion a culture of culinary excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• A.S. degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3–5+ years of progressive kitchen leadership experience, with strong expertise in high-volume, sophisticated foodservice environments.
• Extensive catering and event experience—rockstar status in batch and banquet cooking is a big plus.
• Proficiency in food trends, flavor profiles, menu innovation, and cost control strategies.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and training skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email platforms, and kitchen management software.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
