Experienced CPA Wanted for Growing Firm

Are you an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are a dynamic and growing firm seeking a skilled CPA with 10+ years of experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other client reports
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients in a variety of industries
• eview and supervise team members and ensure the quality of work
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering personalized accounting and financial services
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and guidelines
• Lead audits and support the firm's internal processes for improved efficiency
• Responsible for reviewing workpapers and financial statements for audits, reviews, and compilation engagements

Qualifications :

• Active CPA certification with at least 10 years of public accounting experience
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
• Strong proficiency in accounting and tax software (QuickBooks, Lacerte, etc.)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to mentor and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Experience with the peer review process and the quality management system
