Below are the main duties associated with this Financial Analyst Role:

• Collaborate with shared services and manage all day-to-day financial operations
• Responsible for the timely preparation of all financial reporting.
• Review all shared services operations including P&L, Cash Flow, Invoicing, A/R, A/P and revenue recognition.
• Lead month-end and year-end reporting process.
• Ensure compliance of local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. (Working with Shared Services)
• Help with the development of company and departmental budgets.
• Identifies, promotes, and helps implement process improvement initiatives within and outside the Finance department to achieve greater efficiencies while always considering scalability of the business for the future.
• Provide cross-functional leadership, coaching and support to other leaders and individuals across the company as needed.

• 4+ years of progressive experience in Finance / Accounting
• BS in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Ability to be part of a team, as well as work independently
• Proficiency in Excel and other applications
