The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks. They will oversee the financial operations of the business and provide frequent financial reports. They will also assure strict adherence to financial regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all payroll functions
  • Effectively maintain all financial records
  • Lead financial strategy, long-term planning, and overall financial stewardship
  • Drive profitability analysis, cost control measures, and resource optimization
  • Manage cash flow and implement robust cash management strategies
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, reports, and performance dashboards
  • Ensure efficient, secure, and effective administrative and record-keeping systems
  • Partner with IT leadership to align technology infrastructure with organizational needs
  • Develop and oversee risk management protocols, including business continuity and crisis response planning
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance, HR, and administrative teams
  • Set clear KPIs and performance metrics to ensure accountability and operational excellence
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work culture
  • Promote strong cross-functional collaboration across finance, HR, IT, and operations
  • Represent the organization in financial matters with external stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary liaison with auditors, financial institutions, vendors, and regulatory bodies
  • Manage banking relationships, investor communications, and financing partnerships
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and external service agreements to drive cost savings and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred
