About the Role
We are seeking experienced Flight Nurses to join a high-performing air medical transport team in Redding, CA . In this role, you’ll deliver advanced patient care during emergency medical transports, ensuring safety and positive outcomes for critically ill or injured patients. Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced assessments, diagnoses, and emergency treatments during air and ground transports.
- Document accurate and detailed information for patient care and billing purposes.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
- Participate in public relations and outreach activities to promote air medical services.
- Enhance clinical expertise through ongoing training, clinical rotations, and skill labs.
- Maintain compliance with certifications, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
What You Bring
- Active RN License : Valid in the state of California.
- Critical Care Experience : Minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) in emergency or critical care settings.
- Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS (NRP preferred).
- Specialized Credentials : CFRN certification within 24 months of hire.
- Physical Requirements : Body weight below 235 lbs and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Preferred Qualifications : Flight or transport experience and instructor certifications.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Pay : Hourly rates between $28.73–$41.01, with annual earnings potential of $97,452–$139,208.
- Sign-On Bonus : Up to $25,000 (available through December 31, 2024).
- Location Bonus : Up to 25% for eligible candidates.
- Additional Incentives : Shift bonuses, annual safety bonuses, and employee rewards.
