Full Time Warehouse Picker/Packer

We're seeking a warehouse picker/packer to add to our incredible team at Loopy. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a team player, and has a positive attitude. If you feel this describes you, we'd love to hear from you! We're located in Griffith, Indiana just 7 minutes from 80/94 and 15 minutes from the Illinois border. It's important that you're the type of person who takes a lot of pride in your work and believes in what we're doing.

Pay: $16 per hour

Function: Our fulfillment team is responsible for ensuring that our customers' orders are accurately collected and shipped out within the necessary deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders to ship out
• Meeting department KPIs after the training period
• Stay productive while working independently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, processes, and procedures
• Clocking in and out of your shift on time

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Superb attention to detail
• Ability to sit, walk, bend, twist, reach, and use hands and fingers to perform continual tasks for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Self-driven and works well independently or with a team
• Fast learner
• Ability to accept and utilize constructive feedback
• Must be available 32+ hours weekly
• Must be available to work most weekends
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
