The Opportunity

We’re seeking a General Manager to lead our Park City / Northern Utah operation, P3 Windows and Doors. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence, while building trusted relationships with customers, employees, and manufacturer partners. This is an opportunity to lead a respected regional brand into its next phase of growth in one of the most design-driven markets in the Rockies

What You’ll Do

• Lead all aspects of P3’s Utah operations, including sales, production, and customer service.
• Achieve revenue and profitability goals through disciplined planning, cost control, and growth execution.
• Build and coach a high-performing team that embodies accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Maintain strong relationships with key manufacturing partners, aligning product mix and training programs to market demand.
• Work with manufacturer and architectural reps to drive product demand, grow brand awareness, and deliver exceptional service.
• Partner with manufacturer reps to train and develop the sales team’s product knowledge and technical selling capability.
• Collaborate with the View Point executive team to align local strategy, operational systems, and culture.

Who You Are

• 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction, building materials, or related industries.
• Proven success managing P&L, leading teams, and achieving measurable results.
• Strong understanding of the luxury design/build and architectural community.
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with a hands-on leadership style.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for craftsmanship
