Job Description

Our scoopers are the first impression of (402) Creamery for new and returning guests. We are looking for self-motivated, energetic, team-oriented individuals to join our team! As a scooper, your main goal is to create the best possible experience for each person that comes into our store. It is required that our team be self-starters, highly motivated, and positive.

Requirements:

1. 18 years or older
2. Can stay unapologetically positive in a high-volume & customer-facing position
3. Can stand on your feet for long periods of time
4. Current Food Handler’s permit (can obtain after hire)
5. Respect for safety and hygiene standards
6. Ability to work in close proximity to others
7. Must be available for all weekend shifts (Friday night & all day Saturday & Sunday)

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Creating the best possible experience for each person that comes into our store
2. Maintaining store cleanliness

Position Location: Any of our 3 scoop shops

Position Type: Part time (10-25 hours/week)

Job Shift: Days, nights, weekends & holidays (Must be available for all weekend shifts: Friday night & all day Saturday & Sunday)

Pay Range: $12.50-$13.50 Hourly + $5 avg. tips per hour. Pay range is based on availability, previous experience, etc.
