Industrial Staffing Recruiter-Bilingual Spanish/English

Overview

An experienced, bilingual Spanish/English Industrial Staffing Agency Recruiter with a solid understanding of how temp and temp-to-hire staffing works for our staffing office located in Hanover Park, IL.

You already have experience with building relationships with client companies to understand their needs.

You have used various methods including social media, job boards, referral programs and more for attracting candidates who are seeking employment, who have employment eligibility to work in the US with the skills and experience to safely perform job duties at client locations.

You know how easy it is to fall behind if you don't have the ability to prioritize, a sense of urgency and solid follow up skills.

You have experienced first-hand the need for willingness to work collaboratively and support each other as a cohesive team to accomplish goals that result in customer satisfaction that exceeds all expectations.

Responsibilities

• 3-5 years or more of recent experience working as a recruiter in a temporary staffing agency office.
• Knowledge of using social media and job boards to find and engage with candidates who will pass E-Verify, pre-employment drug screening and meet client background requirements.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, assigning and terminating temporary and temp-to-hire workers for light industrial positions.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in an office full time (not remote or hybrid).

Qualifications

These areFIRMrequirements for consideration for this position:

• 3-5 years' experience working as a Recruiter in an Industrial Staffing Agency office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English AND Spanish.
• Willingness and ability to work in an office environment, NOT remotely or hybrid.
• Valid Drivers' License.
• Reliable transportation to drive to and from customer sites as needed.
