As an Immigration Paralegal, you'll work closely with attorneys and clients to support a variety of immigration matters. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and filing employment- and family-based immigration petitions (e.g., I-130, I-485, N-400, Deportations, Waivers, etc.) Experience with Deportation proceedings is required; using ECAS, etc. Managing client communications and maintaining case files Drafting legal documents and correspondence Expected to file about 30-40 cases per month with immigration agencies.
