Seeking motivated sales agents to join a AAA insurance office in Novi, MI. In this full-time position you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their insurance needs. You will leverage your sales skills to promote various insurance products, ensuring that clients receive the best coverage tailored to their individual requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities and a passion for helping others.
- $35,000 annual base salary plus five percent commission on all new business
- $45K - $55K should be expected
- Additional bonus may be available depending on overall office performance

Hours: M-F 9:00 am- 5:00 pm
Responsibilities - Promote various insurance products, ensuring that clients receive the best coverage tailored to their individual requirements
- The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities and a passion for helping others
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products
- Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate new leads and expand the client base
- Follow-up on leads which will be provided
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with clients
Requirements - Licensing: Must possess a current Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance license or Personal Lines license or be willing to obtain one. We will cover any licensing costs
- Experience: Some customer facing sales or service-related experience is required
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members
- Customer Service: A commitment to excellent customer service and a desire to meet clients' insurance needs
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a face-paced and dynamic working environment
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, maintaining a positive atmosphere
