Key Responsibilities:
• Handle commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide strategic case analysis
• Appear in court, mediations, and depositions with support from senior attorneys
• Collaborate closely with partners on complex case strategy
• Manage deadlines and maintain litigation case files

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of commercial litigation experience
• Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar
• Strong understanding of New Jersey state and federal court procedures
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently on assignments
• JD from an accredited law school
