We’re looking for a Landscape Designer to join our Gilbert design studio. Whether you’re at the start of your career or bringing years of experience, this role offers the chance to design high-end outdoor environments, grow within a collaborative studio, and see your work come to life in some of Arizona’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

What You’ll Do

• Develop creative  concept designs , detailed  site plans , and presentation-ready drawings.


• Build 3D models and renderings that bring ideas to life for clients.


• Draft precise  CAD plans for documentation and collaboration with partners.


• Contribute to  design reviews and collaborate with senior designers on creative direction.


• Research and apply knowledge of plants, materials, and outdoor living trends unique to Arizona.

What We’re Looking For

• A creative thinker with a passion for  landscape design and outdoor living .


• Comfortable using  computer-based design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite, or similar).


• Strong sense of design detail, spatial layout, and storytelling through graphics.


• Excellent communication skills for explaining and presenting design ideas.


• Open to  entry-level, mid-level, or experienced designers eager to grow in a studio setting.

Location

This position is based at our  Gilbert, AZ design studio — the creative hub of Shearon Design Collective.

Salary/Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
