The Edwards & Gaddy Insurance Agency, an Allstate agency, is looking for a  top-performing, motivated, and results-driven Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Representative  to join our  award-winning, growing team ! If you're a self-motivated, driven sales professional who enjoys helping clients protect what matters most, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve & Exceed Sales Goals  Close new business and build lasting client relationships
• Make 75 Outbound Calls Daily  Follow up on leads & generate new business
• Create Tailored Insurance Quotes  Educate clients and recommend solid coverage tailored to their needs
• Develop Local Business Relationships  Work with real estate agents, lenders, and auto dealers to develop referrals
• Ensure a Positive Customer Experience  Provide expert guidance and ongoing client support

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
• Self-Motivated & Competitive -Thrives in a high-energy, results-driven environment
• Exceptional Communicator - Confident, professional, friendly, and engaging
• Proactive Sales Mindset - Enjoys building relationships and closing deals
• Willingness to Learn & Be Coached - Always looking to improve and grow
• Ability to Work Full-Time or Part-Time On-Site  
• Bilingual Spanish - is preferred
