Overview and Responsibilities:
My client is seeking a construction Superintendent with strong leadership skills and the technical knowledge to anticipate issues in the field before they occur. The ideal candidate has 7-15 years of experience as a Superintendent.
My client is a premier mid-market TI general contractor located in the loop. They are seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Site Superintendent to oversee all aspects of the construction building process.

Minimum Requirements:
This position will be responsible for: Preconstruction through completion. Manage on site daily construction process. Coordinate and chair weekly sub-contractor site & safety meetings Schedule and communicate directly with site sub-contractors. Safety Meeting coordination.

Compensation:
The role offers a competitive base salary between $100,000-$140,000 (depending on experience), a bonus structure, medical insurance including dental, 401K (3% match), 21 PTO days, company-wide events, gas card, company vehicle, company phone and laptop provided.
