Position Summary:
We are seeking an Entry-Level Low Voltage Technician who is eager to learn, motivated, and ready to build a career in the low voltage industry. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain training and experience in network cabling, security systems, audio/visual setups, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior technicians with the installation of structured cabling, security systems, A/V equipment, and wireless systems.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Pull, route, and terminate low voltage cabling.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Follow company and industry safety standards at all times.
Learn and apply new skills and techniques through on-the-job training.
Support project documentation and inventory tasks when needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools.
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Good communication skills and professional attitude.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or in confined spaces when required.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Preferred (but not required):
Experience with construction, electrical, or IT work.
Basic knowledge of low voltage cabling.
