Work Schedule: Full-Time | MondayFriday, 8:30 AM4:30 PM

Responsibilities

The Manager of Financial Systems is responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to optimize performance and usability. This role also collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes or enhancements to the system. This includes documenting system configurations, processes, and best practices.

• Manage and maintain Dynamics 365 40%
• Administering security roles and permissions and user access
• Planning and executing upgrades
• Stay informed about new features, updates and best practices
• Stakeholder Collaboration 40%
• Manage projects and document
• Provide user training
• Participate in strategic planning related to the use of D365
• Design solutions
• Data, Processes, and Integrations 20%
• Manage data imports and customization
• Facilitate integrations with D365 and other systems
• Documentation of workflows, process flows

Qualifications

License / Registration / Certification: Dynamics365

Issued by : Microsoft

Level of Education: Bachelors degree or Masters degree

Field of Study : Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

Years of Experience: 5 + Years

Describe Type of Experience: 5+ years experience in D365 and similar CRM/ERP systems. Hand on experience in customizing Dynamic365. Experience in project management and change management.

• Technical Proficiency in D365 including configuration, customization and security
• Project Management Experience in project management and change management
• Communication skills Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information to various audiences.
• Change Management Ability to lead and manage change, implement process improvements, and adapt to evolving financial and business environments.
• Adaptability Flexibility to adapt to changes in business dynamics and evolving industry practices.
• Leadership strong leadership skills to manage a team and drive results

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $99K-$149K, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
