Join to apply for the Music Director / Arranger role at Prestonwood Baptist Church Directs and arranges music for the Worship Ministry at Prestonwood Baptist Church (“PBC”). Responsibilities Accompany weekly rehearsals for the PBC choir Assist in the production of new music and feature projects Create pre-production tracking for services Actively participate on the worship planning team Actively participate on the creative planning team for production and worship events Arrange music for weekend services and special events Other duties as assigned Requirements Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of PBC Commitment to the Worship Ministry vision and core values: Passionate, Relational, Excellent, Accountable, Collaborative, and Honoring Ability to work well in a team environment Excellent communication and relationship skills Experience using Ableton and Pro Tools Proficiency with Finale or Dorico notation software Experience working in a production environment Previous experience as a Music Director Proficient in music reading Strong playing skills on a primary instrument (Piano preferred) Proficient in Google, Microsoft Office, and Apple products Availability to work a Sunday – Thursday schedule with flexibility for evening events Ability to work at a desk for extended periods and perform physical activities such as walking, stooping, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 10 pounds Additional Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job functions: Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industry: Religious Institutions #J-18808-Ljbffr Prestonwood Baptist Church
