As we expand we’re seeking a sharp detail-obsessed Paralegal to support our legal and operations teams across a wide range of functions from contract review to compliance and collections.

What You’ll Do:

• Review, redline, and manage contracts with physicians, vendors, and healthcare partners
• Assist with internal compliance tracking and regulatory documentation particularly in a healthcare setting
• Support the collections process, including follow-up correspondence, balance tracking, and coordination with finance and external contacts
• Draft, edit, and manage legal documents including but not limited to: NDAs, MSAs, BAA agreements.
• Maintain organized legal files, track deadlines and support execution of agreements

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in healthcare, contracts, or compliance
• Strong experience reviewing and redlining contracts (experience in healthcare agreements is a plus)
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, Stark Law, etc.) is a bonus
• Collections or AR/legal follow-up experience preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
