Crew members are not required to drive vehicles or work on public roadways. Duties include directing guests with instructions on parking and locating vehicles, keeping parking areas neat and orderly to maximize space usage, greeting guests as they enter the venue, communicating venue policies and procedures, monitoring crowd behavior, participating in post-show clean-up including collecting recycling, compost, and trash, partnering with crew members to close the venue and store event equipment, providing great customer service, and performing other duties as assigned. The position requires working in all weather conditions and involves constant walking or standing for long periods.Qualifications include being at least 16 years old, no experience required, no driver's license required, customer service friendly attitude, good communication skills, availability on event dates primarily evenings and weekends, and work authorization in the U.S. without employer visa sponsorship.Live Nation supports equal employment opportunity and reasonable accommodations for disabilities and religious practices.
