Job Description
Personal Income Tax Preparer (must be bilingual, english and spanish)
Training Provided @ $15.00 per hour, 4 days a week (morning weekdays) 5 hours a day, in September, October and November.
Training in December is limited to 2 weeks. January, training continues for 2 weeks.
REGULAR PAY ($18.00 per hour) starts in the 3rd week of January.
The first goal in training is to train an individual to be able to prepare A LOW COMPLEXITY LEVEL tax return.
The second goal in training is to prepare A MEDIUM COMPLEXITY LEVEL tax return
The third goal in training is to prepare A HIGH LEVEL COMPLEXITY LEVEL tax return.
Personal Income Tax Services IS NOT AN EASY TASK. While there is some situations where the tax return is "SIMPLE".
IN REALITY Personal Income Taxes is heavy on customer service. Clients get emotional when they owe money to the IRS.
