Job Description:

Candidates will support our sales staff by making outbound calls in an effort to increase the client base for Real Value Rx. Candidates will learn about the pharmaceutical industry and can grow into a sales position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Promote Real Value Rx Distribution by making up to 100 outbound calls per day and transfer those calls to available sales representatives while training for a position as a sales representative.

Other duties include marketing MVP Products to current clients, reactivate non-active clients who have not ordered recently, and highlight the many benefits that Real Value Rx offers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent: college preferred.

At least one year of Outbound Customer Service, sales, and or any call center experience.

Verbal, written communication and listening skills required

Basic computer knowledge and ability to increase knowledge.

Self-starter that is reliable and has the ability to be persuasive with a positive attitude.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday; 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. 40 hour work week
