Location : Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (Rotating Saturday Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday during rotation)
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Position Overview The Pharmacy Assistant supports the daily fulfillment and shipping operations, ensuring medications, supplies, and patient information are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
You'll work closely with the pharmacy team to maintain workflow efficiency, support shipping processes, and help ensure patients receive their medications on time.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Prepare medications for shipment to ensure integrity, sterility, and accuracy.
• Follow checklists and standard operating procedures with attention to detail.
• Review and confirm shipping manifests, addresses, and delivery times.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to resolve order or shipment issues.
• Reconcile packing slips, invoices, and carrier billing for accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized packing and storage areas.
• Assist with restocking supplies, rotating coolers, and preparing the pharmacy for the next business day.
• Safely lift and move packages up to 25 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and work on your feet
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
Preferred: • 1+ year of experience in a pharmacy, warehouse, or mail service environment
• Experience with shipping, inventory management, and fulfillment operations
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
