Job Description
LHH is partnering with a global real estate private equity firm in search of a Platform Investments Associate for their New York office. This firm currently exceeds $6.8B in assets under management and has offices throughout the world. They are looking for an Associate from the investment side of the business with private equity and real estate experience. This is a direct hire job that will work onsite in their office and they are offering a salary paying between $130K - $150K + discretionary bonus. Here are more details about this job:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Underwriting, developing and completion of investments in both private and public real estate operating companies
Review new investments by financial modeling, valuation analysis and gathering materials to present to stakeholders
Due diligence of prospective investments, research, analysis and review of legal material
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate or similar field
3+ years of experience within real estate private equity, investment banking or real estate investment/asset management
Strong financial modeling skills (will be tested during the interview process), quantitative and analytical skills
