Saratoga Medical Associates is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Practice Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team!

About the Role

This is a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday , where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and efficiently.

We are looking for a candidate with a background in healthcare, exceptional customer service skills, and a sharp business acumen.

Your Responsibilities

As our Practice Manager, you will:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including patient registration, telephone reception, appointment scheduling, and supply management.
  • Lead primary care practice initiatives such as PCMH, EPC, CPCI, and NCQA to drive practice transformation.
  • Coordinate training and staff development to enhance team performance.
  • Analyze productivity reports for administrative staff and providers, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Compile and assess data on patient outcomes, quality assurance, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare payroll accurately and on time, following established Community Care procedures.
  • Assist in creating software templates and schedules for all providers in our EMR system.
  • Ensure a working environment that prioritizes patient confidentiality and privacy.
  • Collaborate with the Site Medical Manager and Human Resources on employee relations, recruitment, and benefits.
  • Support credentialing processes for all practitioners at the site.
  • Work with administration and laboratory staff to resolve demographic and billing discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant coding and charge entry with practitioners and administration staff.

Annual Salary Range: $67,007.25 - $85,434.25

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in health or business administration preferred.
  • Five years of medical office experience, including three years in a supervisory or management role within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication skills for addressing patient inquiries, both over the phone and in person, while maintaining high service standards.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster cooperative and productive relationships.
  • Solid knowledge of medical billing and relevant computer systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, building positive working relationships.
