Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Associate Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented team player to join our floral production team. As a Production Associate, you will help prepare and assemble beautiful flower assortments that meet our quality standards. This role is entry level and pays $16 an hour with no flexibility. The role will take place from 5AM - 1PM, MON-FRI. You will be working in a refrigerated environments with temperatures being between 50 and 40 degrees. Responsibilities Inspect flowers from packages for quality and freshness. Neatly place flowers on the production line while dry. Operate machines to cut stems to the correct length. Work as part of a team to run cut flowers through packaging. Assemble assortments into flower bags according to work orders. Follow instructions for volume and order accuracy. Keep your work area clean and organized. Perform basic counting and math to track orders. Visually check flowers and bouquets for quality and accuracy. Essential Skills Ability to follow directions and work well in a team. Bilingual proficiency. Basic math and counting skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliability and willingness to work in a cool environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Entry-level position—no prior experience required. Spanish language proficiency. Why Work Here? Work Environment You will work in a very clean, organized, and fast-paced environment. The position requires working in a refrigerated warehouse with temperatures ranging from 34°ree;F to 55°ree;F. Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods (5–8 hours per shift), lifting items weighing 15 lbs or more, and performing repetitive motions throughout the shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dedham, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
