We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager Dynamics 365 CRM for a long-term contract opportunity with a leading client based in St. Louis, Missouri. This position requires full-time onsite presence and offers the opportunity to lead transformative CRM projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Position Summary
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience managing end-to-end CRM implementations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across functional teams. You will drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects that align with business goals and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define CRM strategies.
Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including workflows, dashboards, and reports.
Translate business needs into functional CRM solutions.
Oversee coordination with QA, third-party vendors, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
Stay informed about industry trends and enhancements within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in project management, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM .
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, configuration, and customizations.
Proficiency with Power Apps and other tools supported by Microsoft Dynamics.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
Experience working in Agile environments and using Jira or similar project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with banking operations or financial services industries.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM or related technologies.
A mindset focused on continuous improvement , innovation, and collaboration.
