Title: Project Manager – Dynamics 365 CRM
Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite – 5 Days)
Duration: Long-term Opportunity
Responsibility:
- Lead & manage end-to-end CRM projects (Dynamics 365)
- Align CRM systems with business goals & boost customer loyalty
- Configure & customize MS Dynamics CRM (workflows, dashboards, reports)
- Communicate with users, gather requirements & design solutions
- Collaborate with QA, vendors & cross-functional teams for smooth delivery
- Stay ahead with the latest Dynamics CRM tech trends
Requirement:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Knowledge of Power Apps / other MS Dynamics-supported tools
- Excellent communication & analytical skills
- Familiarity with Agile, Jira & banking operations is a plus
- Team player with a continuous improvement mindset
