Project Manager - Federal Project Manager - Federal
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage federal construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in the federal and commercial sectors, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage federal construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Utilize project management software such as Procore for tracking project performance and reporting.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in federal construction.
- Strong knowledge of federal construction regulations and processes including USACE and NAVFAC standards.
- Proven experience in scheduling, remodeling, and renovation projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software, particularly Procore.
