In this role, you will represent our brand in Costco, actively engaging with members, showcasing product features and benefits, and driving sales. Your main objective will be to create a positive and memorable customer experience while increasing brand visibility through effective communication and interaction. Mission: Our goal is to recruit highly motivated, energetic, and sales-driven professionals who are passionate about promoting our brand! Whether you're a trainer, health consultant, actor, or sales expert, we’re looking for individuals who are driven to succeed. You'll actively learn the features and benefits of our product, ProBaller, to represent it with enthusiasm, accuracy, and confidence. What We’re Looking For: Passionate, enthusiastic, and dependable brand ambassadors Experienced, confident, and charismatic sales professionals – this is not an entry‑level role! A polished, professional appearance The ability to create a warm, welcoming environment for customers Clear, concise, and engaging communication skills A genuine passion for health, wellness, and fitness Responsibilities: Engage and connect with Costco members; actively approach and interact with members to share the features and benefits of ProBaller with enthusiasm and authenticity. Conduct product sampling. Efficiently set up promotional displays and materials at the beginning of shifts and properly close them down at the end. Consistently meet or exceed daily goals. Maintain an energetic presence; engage customers with high energy and genuine positivity to boost brand visibility. Deliver accurate brand representation; ensure all information shared about ProBaller is clear, accurate, and aligned with the brand’s messaging and vision. Qualifications: Exceptional communication skills – articulate, clear, and engaging. Proven sales or promotional experience – preferably in in‑store, retail, or event‑based environments. Passion for health and wellness – genuine enthusiasm helps authentically convey product benefits. Smartphone required – essential for tracking hours and sales. Reliable transportation. Physical stamina and agility – capable of standing for 7–8 hours and lifting up to 25 lbs. Self‑starter able to work independently with minimal supervision, exhibiting reliability and goal‑orientation. Compensation: $20 an hour, PLUS BONUS and COMMISSION. Paycheck via direct deposit. Our average brand ambassadors make $200–$300 per day. Schedule: Part Time. 2 to 4 days a week; days vary. Hours: 8+ per day.
