Job Details

• The Sales/Training Manager will help to Onboard, Coach and Train new agents
• The ideal candidate will be licensed or have been licensed at one point in time
• Have a hunter mentality and be able to mentor, coach and develop other agents
• Help impact the bottom line of the organization, but will not be in production
